How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at sales@leoharper.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you the next steps.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, email us at sales@leoharper.com and we’ll guide you through the process. All exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can initiate a return after delivery.
